Wet Koop op afstand (ENG)

When the client is a consumer (natural person, private customer),
then the Dutch law on distance selling applies called ‘Wet Koop op afstand’.
This means that you have a cooling off period of 14 calendar days, commencing on the day after receipt of your order. During this period you have the right to cancel your agreement free of charge without giving reasons.

You must notify us in writing using our standard cancellation form (see below), after which we will cancel the agreement.

If you want to cancel the agreement and the Products have not yet been sent to you, we will refund the amount paid by you with the order, within 1 week after cancellation of the agreement

If you exercise your right to cancel the agreement and the Products have already been sent to you, you must return these Products to us. As soon as all Products have been received by us and these Products show no breakage or defects, we will refund the amount paid by you with the order, within 1 week after receipt of the Products. If Products are missing and / or damaged, we will settle this with the deposit that you paid with your order.

If you have indicated in your order that you want the data connection to be available within the 14-day cooling-off period and you use your right to cancel the agreement while the Usage Period has already started, the already expired part of the Usage Period will be will be settled with you pro rata.
Example: You have paid for a 15-day Usage Period and you cancel the agreement on the 4th day of the Usage Period. You will then be refunded 11/15th of the rent paid.

Moreover, you must return all Products to us immediately upon cancellation. And here too, if Products are missing and / or damaged, we will settle this with your deposit.

Processing an order or renewal of an existing order
